Return policy

We have a 30 day return policy and all returns must be actioned within this time frame. If you would like to return a product, please contact us and let us know the reason, we can then send you a return label. Any returns must be sent back in the condition they were received in. If a product is returned used (for example and open paint tube), then we will not be able to offer you a refund.

How to return your order

To return your order, please first contact us through our email: art@lavenderhillcolours.com

We will then be able to create a returns label, which we can send to you. When that is received, please print it out and stick it on the returns box, making sure any previous labels are covered up. You can then take the parcel to the post office for a free return.

How to track and trace your return

If you would like details on tracking a return, please contact us and we can send you a tracking number. This can be used to track the parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Refunds

Refunds can only be offered for products that have not been used. If a product is no longer in a sellable condition, then we will not be able to refund you. Refunds will be given when the unused product arrives back in our shop and are usually done via PayPal.
