Shipping to a UK address up to a certain product value will be done through Royal Mail. Products go out from our shop 2+ times a week. When your parcel is on the way you will receive a tracking number, this can be entered on the Royal Mail website to check on the progress of your order. From when you receive your tracking information, the parcel should take up to 48 hours to be delivered. If it does not arrive within this time, please contact us at art@lavenderhillcolours.com.

Orders to an address outside of the UK will usually be done through a different courier service. If you would like information, such as tracking details, please contact us via our email.
